You will

  • nurture a positive working environment and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • build engaging environment which helps employees to growth their talents and retain best talents within the company
  • be responsible for the salary fairness policy in the company
  • be the first point of contact for technical employees
  • coach and support management team in people related issues
  • oversee and coordinate the annual evaluation process
  • maintain and develop the benefits program for  bringing more satisfaction to our employees
  • ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • active participation in the talent identification process
  • lead the initiatives to develop HR function, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • supporting Employer Branding activities
  • cooperate with IT Recruitment Partner and support in recruitment processes

Must haves

  • proven working experience in HR role in service delivery company  
  • excellent active listening, negotiation, interpersonal skills
  • competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • creating ideas improving everyday work and sharing own knowledge and experience
  • very good command of English
  • hands-on mentality
