You will

Must haves
- proven working experience in HR role in service delivery company
- excellent active listening, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- creating ideas improving everyday work and sharing own knowledge and experience
- very good command of English
- hands-on mentality
