Job description
As an IT Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist (Regular/Senior), you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of IT projects by ensuring adherence to established methodologies, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources. You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting communication among teams, and assisting in the continuous improvement of project processes. This is an operational position requiring a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks independently.

You will
- Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Coordinate communication and documentation within project teams and stakeholders
- Assist in resource allocation, risk management, and process standardization
- Manage project tools and systems to facilitate efficient workflows
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement efforts
Must haves
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or PMO roles
- Good understanding of project management processes, methodologies, best practices and tools
- Experience in project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Excel, dashboards)
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with resource planning and risk management practices
- Experience with the Atlassian tool stack
