When we started Thaumatec almost five years ago, we didn’t expect that we will grow so fast. Now we are not anymore a young and small company – every day we are facing bigger challenges. After four years of constant growth, we decided that our management team needs new hands on board. We searched the market for the most talented person to join our team and we would like to welcome Maciej Stachura as a COO of Thaumatec.
Maciej is a big enthusiast of any kind of software with almost 15 years of experience in software engineering. He started his career as a software developer in Siemens, where he was responsible for delivering the telecom solutions for mobile network operators. During his career he delivered products and solutions for Siemens and Cinterion Wireless Modules, then he specialized in providing software engineering services in Research & Engineering Center and GlobalLogic.
Thaumatec has software and technology coded into DNA and we are very happy that we share this passion with Maciej. In the past, he led the business development activities, including pre-sales and technical sales support as well as solutions management. He was responsible for building the long and trustful relationship with customers.
As a Chief Operating Officer, Maciej will be responsible for delivering projects, developing our HR activities and supporting sales processes We believe that Maciej will help us to take our company on the next level of the development and he will support us with all the challenges of a fast-growing, medium-sized company.
